Returns
Llu offers a 101 Night sleep trial on all its mattresses for the consumer to try, Risk Free. If you are not completely satisfied during this time period, Lulu will refund the customer in full and arrange for the bed to be picked up at no charge to the customer. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
After the 101 Night Risk Free trial, Lulu offers a standard 10 year warranty on manufacturer defects only. This defects cover a failure in the foam that causes a permanent indentation of more than 2 inches. The warranty does not cover the outer most covering of the mattress. The warranty will be void if there are any cuts, stains, or burns on the mattress.
The Lulu Base is covered by a 1 year warranty under normal use. It is only valid if the base is found to have manufacturer defects and has not been moved from the original shipping address.
The Lulu Adjustable Base has a Prorated warranty of 10 years with 5 years Full coverage of parts and labor and the remaining 5 years prorated where a portion of each is paid starting the 6th year and reducing in amount up until year 10.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
